1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tojay bet ("we", "us", "the platform") when you access or use any part of the tojay bet website at tojaybet.vu or the tojay bet mobile application. This includes sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and all other features offered on the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, a different email address, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact number, email address, or payment method details change, you should update them in your account settings promptly. Tojay bet is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated information.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• Account details must match the identity documents used for verification.
• You may not transfer your account to any other person.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. Tojay bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If anyone contacts you requesting this information, treat it as suspicious and report it to our support team immediately.

You must not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you allow a third party to access your account — whether a family member, friend, or anyone else — you accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place during that session, including bets placed and funds spent.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password. Tojay bet will investigate but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from access granted by you, whether intentionally or through negligence.

5 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on tojay bet are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion involved for Pakistan players — you deposit in PKR, your balance is shown in PKR, and winnings are paid out in PKR.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, typically clears within 1–3 minutes.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically clears within 1–3 minutes.
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank deposit, processing time may vary by bank.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistan banks.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital payment accounts as listed in the cashier section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — using someone else's account to fund your balance is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Tojay bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for third-party fees applied outside of our platform.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. In most cases, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account identity must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name — the same name as your tojay bet account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier section.
• Tojay bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests. During this review, the funds remain in your account and are not accessible for betting.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Tojay bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and sports betting promotions tied to major cricket events such as PSL, T20 internationals, and other tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed before you claim and should be read carefully.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute less. The specific contribution rates are shown in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim it multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Tojay bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where abuse is detected.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tojay bet are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market, which are available in the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed. After you tap or click to confirm a bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where tojay bet initiates a void (see below).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you place a bet. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and your account status.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time. Tojay bet may suspend markets at any time during live events, for example during wickets, rain interruptions, or system maintenance.
• Obvious errors: If a market is offered with clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, manual error, or data feed issue, tojay bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket markets follow standard international cricket rules as recognised by the ICC. For PSL and domestic matches, the official match result as confirmed by the PCB is used for settlement. Abandoned matches are treated as void unless otherwise stated.
• Tojay bet does not accept bets from players who have material non-public information about an event, or who are involved in the event being wagered on.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with your bet ID and the reason for the dispute. We will review the bet against the official result and data sources used at the time of settlement.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tojay bet. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, any winnings derived from that conduct will be voided, and in serious cases the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether personal or in coordination with others) to exploit bonuses or manipulate account limits.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or tool that interacts with the platform in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them. If you discover a fault, you are expected to stop using it and report it to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during the verification process.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements while minimising loss (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" against the spirit of promotional terms).

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Tojay bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player with their bank or payment provider.
• A player's own self-exclusion request.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Players will be notified before any balance adjustment is made.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method after verification checks are completed.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact support via live chat. Your account will be closed within one business day and any available balance returned after standard processing.

11 Responsible Gaming

Tojay bet is committed to providing an environment where players can enjoy the platform safely and within their means. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a genuine part of how this platform operates.

The following tools are available to all players in account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a cooling-off period when raised.

• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• The outcome of any bet or game — all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live game results and are not influenced by tojay bet in favour of any outcome.

13 Changes to These Terms

Tojay bet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should contact support to close your account before the new Terms take effect.
